When did you open your business?

I joined Just For Buyers Realty in 2020.

Why in Wilmington?

My family and I have lived in Wilmington for nearly 12 years now and I can’t imagine living anywhere else.  It is truly a hidden gem in the country.  We have a beautiful spot right on the coast that is not /too/ crowded.  We love it!

What do you like most about the area?

We have everything we need and it still feels like a small town.  You can be at the beach, but also in the city and it feels like a completely different experience.  There is just so much to do and it’s all exciting.

What do you enjoy doing outside of your business?

I like to run a lot for exercise and have done marathons before (although slowly!).

Tell us a client success story. 

Being an Exclusive Buyer’s Agent is very rewarding, because we are working on behalf of our clients to find them their new home.  It’s such an important decision and it’s exciting to join them along the way.  I recently helped someone find a historic home in downtown Wilmington and after an extensive investigatory process, she determined it was the right home for her.  It was very satisfying to troubleshoot each issue as it came up and try to find solutions.
