Why in Wilmington?
I have lived in Wilmington since the late 1980’s and could not imagine living anywhere else. I love this city and the people.

What do you like most about the area?
I love being able to go to the beach on my days off, having my toes in the sand, playing in the ocean, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The beach is definitely my happy place.

What do you enjoy doing outside of your business?
Listening to live music, cooking, thrifting, rabbit and bird watching in my yard, planting flowers and plants, crafting decorations for my store windows, and traveling.

Since my store is a unique mid-century modern furniture store, I have a “wish list” for my customers so that they can let me know what they are looking for. When I find it, I contact them and let them have first dibs of purchasing the item. This system has worked very well throughout the years for my regular customers and has gained me a new following as well.
