Just over a year ago Katie turned the big THREE OH (30) and for her birthday we went to Greece! More specifically we spent just over a week on the tiny island paradise of Santorini.

We had made an agreement that for our 30th birthdays we would each get to pick somewhere we REALLY wanted to go on vacation.

We also used this trip as an excuse to go somewhere exotic for our engagement photos! So we hired an incredibly talented Russian photographer duo. They did an exceptional job, and you can (and should) check them out here.

We stayed at three separate places around the island, and also splurged on a 5 star boutique hotel for Katie’s birthday night! This place had it all…an infinity edge pool overlooking the caldera, Michelin star restaurant, and endless champagne. A truly unforgettable experience.

If you ever have the chance to visit this magnificent place, you will DEFINITELY not regret it.
